Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Agent Army ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Agent Army provides a multi-agent AI orchestration platform that processes tasks using specialized AI agents working in parallel. The Service includes a web interface, API access, and associated tools available at armyai.app.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. One account per user. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
• Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Plans, Payments and Cancellation

AI Agent Army operates on a monthly subscription model:

• Free — 50 tasks/month, resets monthly. No card required.
• Pro — 1,000 tasks/month, billed monthly via Gumroad.
• Business — 5,000 tasks/month, billed monthly via Gumroad.

One task = one dispatch to the full 7-agent Army. Unused tasks do not carry over between billing periods. Free-plan quotas reset at the start of each calendar month.

Payment processing: all paid plans are handled by Gumroad (our merchant of record). We never see or store your card details. Your Gumroad account is the authoritative source for invoices, receipts and cancellation.

Cancellation: you can cancel any subscription at any time from your Gumroad dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.

Refunds: EU customers are entitled to a 14-day refund window from the initial purchase date under applicable consumer law. Refunds are processed by Gumroad. Refunded or disputed purchases automatically downgrade the account to the Free plan.

6. Founders Circle — Lifetime Price Lock

The first 100 users who upgrade to Pro receive Founding Warrior status and a lifetime price lock at $29/mo (versus the standard $49/mo price). Specifically:

• Founder numbers are assigned atomically on first successful Pro purchase, strictly first-come first-served, capped at 100.
• Your founder number is permanent and visible in your dashboard.
• The $29/mo rate is locked for the lifetime of your subscription, even if the public Pro price increases.
• If you cancel and later resubscribe with the same email, your founder number and locked rate are restored.
• Founder status is tied to the account email and is non-transferable.
• Once 100 slots are filled, no further founder numbers will ever be issued. Reaching the cap does not entitle any user to a retroactive slot.
• We may terminate founder status (returning you to standard pricing with pro-rated refund) in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse, or material breach of these Terms.

The Founders Circle is a one-time launch offer. We reserve no right to modify the $29/mo lifetime guarantee for assigned founders — this is the core of the offer and will be honored for as long as the Service operates.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI agents to deliver the Service. The AI-generated output is provided to you for your own use. We do not claim ownership of your outputs.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for specific purposes. Always verify important outputs independently. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Agent Army shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or create risk for the platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email when possible.
